Wow! Nice metaphor! I even had to read it over two or 3 times.
The repitition is slightly tedious but none the less powerful. My advice is to change it everytime. I suppose that songs beg for repitition but changing what's broken could shake it up and finding 8 different things that are broken in a break up shouldn't be too hard. Or, on an alternative, less obvious note, you can keep the repition of heart and soul but change the word from broken to ___ (fill with your choice). Also, it's a little confusing.
